Known as the “Holistic Hottie,” Amira Lamb has been passionate about athletics and fitness since she was very young. She began with gymnastics and dance as a kid, and worked hard to prepare for her group fitness instructor certification at age 18. After that, she studied exercise science, sports nutrition, and the business of health promotion at UMASS Amherst. Since then, she’s been helping clients live their healthiest lives. If you’re counting, that’s 27+ years of experience.
From teaching cardio kickboxing classes to winning bikini competitions, Amira brings a diverse background to her training sessions. She’s an advocate for women’s training as a means to be your best self at any age.
